Having a sketchbook is essential for developing ideas and experimenting with composition. It serves as a space to explore new concepts that I may want to paint or delve into further down the line. Additionally, it captures the journey of my creative process, allowing me to reflect on my growth and revisit what has inspired me along the way. In many ways, it’s a vibrant playbook of ideas!

Sketchbook Exchange

This is a delightful project that allows participants to share and receive art. The sketchbook typically takes the form of a concertina book, where each person paints or sketches something. Once completed, it is sent to the next participant, continuing until everyone has contributed their artwork, and the book ultimately returns to its original owner. Each person's book circulates, filled with the creative contributions of all participants. It’s a wonderful process, and receiving a sketchbook filled with so many beautiful pieces of art is truly special.
